Rava ladoo with condensed milk/Condensed milk rava ladoo is a very easy and delicious sweet that can be easily prepared in 10 minutes with handful ingredients. As we all know Holi is almost there, I thought of sharing a regular sweet with a little twist and here it is for you guys.

- 1. Fine rava/ Sooji farina – ½ cup
- 2. Cardamom – 1
- 3. Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
- 4. Ghee – 1 tbsp
- 5. Cashews – 1 tsp
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
- In a pan add rava/ sooji and dry roast until aromatic in medium flame. Keep stirring continuously so that it does not get burnt. (Make sure not to brown it) when done add cardamom and roast for 30 seconds. Put off the flame Transfer the roasted rava/ sooji in a wide bowl and allow it to cool down.
- Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and fry cashews until golden brown and keep it aside.
- Now in a blender add roasted rava/sooji and cardamom. Grind it well until combined and powdered.
- Now transfer the ground mixture in a bowl, add condensed milk and fried cashews along with ghee used for frying. Mix well.
- Now take small portion of the rava ladoo mixture and make ladoo shape. Repeat the process till you finish the whole mixture. Serve it and store the remaining in air tight container
