Chili parotta is an spicy and mouthwatering dish prepared with fresh or leftover parotta. It is spicy, crunchy and easy recipe with simple ingredients in its making. This recipe is much easier and simpler when compared to kothu parotta so it is easy for beginners to try. This recipe was asked to post by my dear friend cum sister from a long time and I think I finally did justice to her request. So lets get to the making!

Ingredients
- Parotta – 4
- Small onion – 1
- Chopped spring onion – 1
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Capsicum cubed – ½ cup
- Red chili powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
- Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce – ½ tsp
- Salt as needed
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Spring onions for garnish

How to make chilli parotta with step by step images
- Make the parotta into small pieces. Then chop onions, spring onion, capsicum and green chili.
- Now heat oil in a pan then add chopped onions, spring onion and green chili in it and saute it well now add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes. Now add the capsicum and saute it well.
- Then add all dry powders including salt along with the sauce. Give it a good stir and add the the parotta pieces in it and combine everything well. Serve it hot!
