This bhindi fry recipe is simple to make and can be used as side accompany with sambar and rice or can be mixed in hot rice. This recipe is more tastier than the regular one as the bhindi will be cooked in oil without adding water. I have used onions in this recipe to make it more appetizing. So lets get to the making!

Ingredients
- Bhindi – 20 nos
- Onion – 1
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder- ½ tsp
- Coriander powder- ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Sambar powder -1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil -1 tbsp
- Curry leaves a spring

How to make Bhindi fry with step by step images
- Wash and chop bhindi. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds after it crackles add curry leaves and onions. Saute well then add chopped bhindi along with all the dry powder including salt
- And saute well. Cook the bhindi in oil without adding any water. Stir it every 2 minutes so that it does not get burnt. When done serve it hot with sambar and rice.
