Paneer pepper masala is a spicy and flavorful side dish that goes well with roti, fried rice, noodles or can be relished just like an appetizer as well. This dish is quick to make and serves to b an excellent lunch box recipe also. A long list of basic ingredients combined together to make this delish and easy dish will adored by both adults and kids. For this recipe I added both pepper powder and chilli powder you can adjust the measurement according to your spice level. You can try adding green bell pepper or capsicum while sauteeing onions which will make the dish more yummy. So let’s get to the making!

- In a bowl add chopped paneer cubes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, corn flour and maida. Mix well. Add 1 to 2 tbsp water to coat the masala in paneer cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan to it add chopped onion, curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Saute well until raw smell goes and onions are lightly brown in color.
- Now add masala coated paneer cubes to the sautéed onion. Saute well then add freshly ground pepper and saute for a minute until combined well.
- Now add ¼ cup water and let the mixture boil well this will nice consistency to the paneer mixture. First it will gooey after few minutes it will get dry as shown in the collage. When the mixture looks dry put off the flame. Squeeze in some lemon juice, toss it well and serve it hot with chopped coriander as garnish.
