Corn cheese sandwich is a buttery, gooey, yummy and melt in mouth sandwich loaded with corn, cheese and other veggies. This is one easy to make sandwich that can be prepared in jiffy with handful ingredients yet tastes soooo yum. The key to achieve perfect yummmy corn cheese sandwich is to toast it in low to medium flame just like this recipe GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH.
INGREDIENTS
Corn – I have used frozen corn in this recipe but you could use corn from fresh corn cob as well. Also cooked the corn then used it to make sandwich
Cheese – I have used shredded/ grated mozzarella cheese in this recipe but you could use cheddar cheese too along with mozzarella cheese.
Spices – I have used pepper powder and paprika for mild spiciness
Veggies – I have used onion, tomato, capsicum along with corn. If you don’t like the raw smell of veggies you could saute them in butter for few seconds then add it yo the sandwich as well.
Butter– I have used butter for toasting bread which adds to the buttery texture and taste of the sandwich.

HOw to make corn CHEESE SANDWICH
- In a bowl add chopped onion, cooked corn, capsicum, tomato, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, paprika and pepper. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Now in a pan smear butter then place 1 bread slice on it top the mixed veggie and cheese mixture, then place another bread slice on it. Put the flame to low to medium and wait till the cheese melts. When one slice looks toasted, flip it gently and toast till golden brown color is achieved. When done slice it and serve it hot with ketchup. Repeat the process till all the slices are over.
