How to make Croissant sandwich with step by step images
- Preheat oven at 350F/ 180C. Remove the leaves from spinach stem. Discard stem. Wash leaves throughly to get rid of sand and dirt. Boil water in a pan and add spinach in it. Cook for about 2 minutes. (Do not cover it with lid to retain spinach color). When done allow it to cool down. When it has cooled down chop them roughly. Keep it aside.
- Slice the croissants lengthways down the middle.
- In a bowl add cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning and blanched spinach. Mix well.
- Now take the bottom part of the croissant, spread with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle little Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. Top with the second half of the croissant. Make all the croissant sandwiches. Place all the sandwiches on a baking tray. Now place the tray in the preheated oven and bake it for 4 minutes. When done remove it from the oven and serve them immediately.
