- Preheat Air fryer at 350F/ 180C for 5 minutes Boil water in a pot; add salt and a tbsp oil to the rolling water. Now add pasta in it and cook till done ( It took 8 to 10 mins for me). Now drain the water from pasta using colander and pour cold water over the cooked pasta so that it does not get sticky.
- Now to the cooked pasta, add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and oil. Mix well until the pasta is well coated in masala.
- When the air fryer is preheated brush oil in the rack so that the pasta does not stick to the bottom of the rack. Place the masala coated pasta evenly without overcrowding so that it bakes evenly.
- Place the baking rack in the air fryer and bake them for 6 to 8 minutes.
- After 6 to 8 minutes the pasta should look light brown in color and crunchy. If not bake for another 1 to 2 minutes or until desired result is achieved. Every air fryer is different so time might vary mildly. Now place the next batch of tortilla for baking. Serve it!
