HOW TO MAKE AIR FRYER TANDOORI GOBI WITH STEP BY STEP IMAGES
- Heat water in a pan. When it boils add salt and cauliflower florets/ gobi florets. Boil it in hot water for 1 minute. After 1 minute drain the water and keep the cauliflower florets aside.
- In a wide bowl add the cauliflower florets, besan, ginger garlic paste, curd, 1 tsp oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder and salt. The water in the cauliflower florets and curd will be sufficient to coat the masala well on gobi. Mix/ massage gently the masala on to the gobi and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.Â
- Meanwhile preheat air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes. When the air fryer is preheated brush a tbsp oil on the baking rack (prevents gobi from sticking) spread the gobi/ cauliflower florets evenly without overcrowding for even cooking and browning. Drizzle few drops of oil.  Now Air fry for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes remove the rack from the air fryer and shake the rack once then air fry for another 1 or 2 minutes to get perfectly cooked crispy cauliflower.  After 2 minutes remove the gobi  from air fryer and serve it hot. Repeat the process till all the florets are air fried.
