Yes never thought to make tortilla chips in just few minutes that too at home until a bag of flour tortilla was lying there for a while (close to expiry).

- 2. Salt – to taste
- 3. Pepper powder – 1/8 tsp (optional)
- 4. Oil – 1 tbsp (to grease the rack)
- Preheat Air fryer at 350F/ 180C for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, Take the leftover tortilla from the bag and cut it into 6 to 8 triangles as shown in the collage.
- When the air fryer is preheated brush oil in the rack so that the tortilla does not stick to the bottom of the rack. Place the tortilla triangles evenly without overcrowding so that it bakes evenly. I placed around 6 to 8 triangles every time to get even coloring and crispness. Now brush a tsp of of on the tortilla triangles and pinch if salt and pepper (optional)
- Place the baking rack in the air fryer and bake them for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes the tortilla should look light brown in color and crunchy. If not bake for another 1 to 2 minutes or until desired result is achieved. Every air fryer is different so time might vary mildly. Now place the next batch of tortilla for baking. If you dint season the tortilla before baking you could season it with salt and pepper when it the tortilla chips are hot. Now serve with cheddar sauce/ dip or relish it just like that. You can store the leftover tortilla chips in ziplock bag and consume it likes chips as it stays good for a week.
