Chilli gobi/ Air fryer Chilli gobi is a sweet, spicy and slightly tangy INDO – CHINESE appetizer/ side prepared by tossing air fried batter coated gobi florets in saucy veggies. Traditionally chilli gobi is prepared with deep fried batter coated gobi florets but to keep it healthy and for a guilt free eating I tried preparing this chilli gobi in air fryer and turned out great both in taste and look I must say just like this recipe AIR FRYER CHILLI FISH.
This chilli gobi can also be served with noodles/ fried rice or relished just like an appetizer. Usually for making chili gobi we make thick batter then fry gobi in oil, since this is an Air fried recipe I made a tight mixture in which I coated the gobi well as the gobi will be air fried well this way, but if you like the batter version you could try it in air fried version and let me know. If you like gobi much like me then you could try this recipe:
