Chocolate sandwich is a very easy to make gooey and delicious chocolate toast with crisp buttery bread outer is a simple and quick to make snack/ breakfast which will be adored by any chocolate lover. Here in this recipe I have used chocolate morsels/ chips which I chopped before spreading in on the bread but you could grate/ shave chocolate and use it. I used semi sweet Hershey’s chocolate morsels as it allows us to enjoy the sandwich fully as it has balanced sweetness, so you don’t feel much sweetness overloaded and at the same time relish the chocolate flavor. Here I have used white bread slices but you could try using brown bread too snd the recipe for homemade one is here: WHOLE WHEAT BREAD. You can try drizzling a spoon of cream on the hot toast and relish it as well. So let’s get to the making!
