Spinach Omelette recipe, Palak omelet

Spinach Omelette/ Palak omelet as the name goes it is a delicious and protein packed breakfast loaded with spinach that can be prepared in just 10 minutes. Yes adding little spinach/ palak to your regular omelette can give your more nutrition and protein that too in a yummy way. We sometimes like to eat easy and quick breakfast without involving much ingredients or work and don’t want to miss on the health as well  and here is this omelette recipe to fit in all that category. This omelette when accompanied with a with toast and coffee will make your breakfast complete.

Ingredients
  1. 1. Egg – 1
  2. 2. Spinach/ Palak – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  3. 3. Onion – 1 ½ tbsp (finely chopped)
  4. 4. Green chili – 1
  5. 5. Salt - to taste
  6. 6. Pepper powder – 2 pinches
  7. 7. Oil/ Butter – 1 tsp
Note
  1. * 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
  1. In a bowl break an egg, to it add chopped spinach, chopped onion, green chili, salt and pepper powder. Whisk it well.
  2. Heat oil/ butter in a pan to it pour the spinach egg mixture. When one side is cooked flip the omelette and cook the other side as well. When both sides are cooked put off the flame and slide the omelette to the plate, relish it hot with bread toast and coffee.
