Ingredients
- 1. Avocado – ½ of 1
- 2. Bread slices – 2
- 3. Eggs – 2
- 4. Salt – to taste
- 5. Pepper - taste
- 6. Butter – ½ tsp (optional)
Note
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
Instructions
- Heat a pan toast bread both sides. I dint use anything to toast but you melt little butter in pan then toast it. When both sides are toasted well remove it from the pan and keep it in a plate.
- Now cut open an avocado, discard the seed scoop done pulp and apply it on the hot toast.
- Now in the same pan add ½ tsp oil or butter crack open an egg, sprinkle required salt and pepper powder and allow it to cook, do not flip it this way it is tasty, but if you don’t like it you can flip it and cook. When the egg is cooked but the inner part of yolk is still jiggly put off the flame and slide it gently on to the plate of avocado toast. Relish it hot with a cup of hot coffee.
