Eggless chocolate waffles with crisp exterior and soft inside makes a perfect and delish breakfast/ brunch when topped with butter/ chocolate syrup/ fruits.Traditionally waffles are made with eggs, but I wanted to try an eggless waffle recipe from the longest time that too chocolate ones only (which I suppose is favorite for all kids and some adults like me) and finally the recipe is here and I am glad with the way it turned out. These quick to make waffles are eggless and unbelievably soft and delicious just like the original ones which makes it an opportunity for those who donβt consume eggs. Yes this waffle recipe is so easy to make that even beginners can make perfect ones. In this recipe You can add little more quantity of cocoa powder as well to make it chocolaty so adjust the milk quantity accordingly.
For breakfast I would always prefer just butter as topping but this waffle tastes fantastic when served with chocolate syrup. Waffles can be classic too, just the basic one without cocoa powder or can be made more healthy by using whole wheat flour, flax seed powder, oats and much more. But this recipe is a basic one snd you might probably see all those varieties in future hopefullyπ
