- 1. Homemade Idli/ dosa batter- 1 ½ cups/ 3 ladles
- 2. Onion – ¼ cup (cubed)
- 3. Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
- 4. Black olives – 2 tsp (chopped)
- 5. Tomato ketchup/ Pizza sauce- 3 tbsp
- 6. Shredded mozzarella cheese- ½ cup
- 7. Oil – 2 tsp
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
- Heat a dosa pan, spread a ladle of batter in round shape to make uthappam/ pancake shaped thick dosa.
- When the top layer of dosa looks cooked put the flame to low and spread some tomato ketchup/ pizza sauce over it add shredded mozzarella cheese, then top it with some chopped onion and chopped capsicum.
- Add little oil to the sides just like regular dosa and cover the dosa with a lid for the cheese to melt. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes.
- When the cheese gas melted and when it looks cooked transfer it to a plate and slice. Serve it immediately!
How to make pizza dosa with step by step images

- Heat a dosa pan, spread a ladle of batter in round shape to make uthappam/ pancake shaped thick dosa.
