Palak peas pulao is a healthy and flavorful rice dish that is very easy to prepare with simple every day ingredients. I was really bored of making same old curry and sabzi with palak wanted to try something new so made this simple pulao with palak and green peas/matar. I had earlier posted aloo palak biryani and methi pulao recipe so took idea from that but made few variations and the pulao tasted great. This pulao tastes great with simple raita or curd. I have used only green chilli for spiciness in this recipe so adjust the chili quantity according to your taste and preference. This recipe serves as an excellent lunch box recipe as well. So try making this quick and easy pulao this week and let me know your feedback. So let’s get to the making!
