Bombay sandwich is a very delicious and popular sandwich in Mumbai that is loaded with veggies like slices of boiled potato, cucumber, tomato, onion and a layer of green chutney with few pinches of chaat masala. This bombay sandwich is my all time favorite specially the grilled ones that me and my hubby used to have it in a small sandwich shop when we were newly married. Its taste is unbeatable in shops however we make it at home. This sandwich can be a healthy start in the form of breakfast or a yummy snack in the evening. I am posting here my version of bombay sandwich hope you guys like it. So let’s get to the making!
