Eggless vanilla mug cake, Microwave mug cake recipe

Mug cakes are a super easy and quick to make dessert made to satisfy your sudden sweet cravings. They are mess free, hassle free and can be prepared in jiffy. Don’t have to be a baker all you need to do do us mix all of the ingredients mentioned , mix it and microwave it voila delicious mug cake a solo treat ready. This mug cake is egg free/ eggless which is a good news. So this basic recipe is a vanilla mug cake which can be modified according to your needs, like I used red, pink and white sprinkles to add beautiful tint of color for valentines day but you can skip this step or add any color sprinkles of your choice or just top it with a scoop of ice cream to add more taste to your mug cake. So lets get to the making!

Ingredients
  1. 1. All purpose flour – 4 tbsp
  2. 2. Sugar – 2 tbsp
  3. 3. Baking powder – ½ tsp
  4. 4. Melted butter – 2 tbsp
  5. 5. Vanilla syrup – ¼ tsp
  6. 6. Milk – 5 tbsp
  7. 7. Sprinkles – ½ tsp (red, pink and white)
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix well. Now to it add melted butter, vanilla syrup and milk. Whisk everything well until combined without any lumps.
  2. Now grease a mug with few drops of butter. Pour the cake batter. Microwave for 1:30 sec or up to 2 minutes on high until done. It should be done within 2 minutes so keep an eye on the mug cake. When done remove it from the microwave , insert a toothpick in he middle of the mug cake to check if its done, if the toothpick comes out clean the mug cake is ready or else microwave for few more seconds. Serve it immediately with color sprinkles garnished on top.
