Tomato poha is one such yummy breakfast that can be made quick and easily without involving much ingredients in its making! According to me any dish made with poha turns out to be a simple and really quick one as it can be cooked fast and also absorbs the flavors of the ingredients put in it. Moreover it is light on tummy and can be gobbled easily during the rush hours in the morning with some delicious snack as side. So this breakfast platter consists of 2 dishes tomato poha and mint sev! Yes sev prepared using homegrown mint. I had lots of homegrown mint so just made a good use of it by making big batches of this sev, it serves 2 purposes:
- Tea time snack
- Breakfast side

So here is a small gist on how I made the platter. I made the sev the before evening as snacks, since I had fresh sev I made poha to go with it. I first chopped onion, tomato and green chilli. Then washed and soaked poha while I was making base masala, then tossed the poha in that and served it with hot coffee which missed in the picture.
