Oven roasted corn on the cob/ Baked corn on the cob is a super simple to make and yummy to munch on snack. Corn prepared in any way are super delish and is adored by both kids and adults. A hot, mildly spicy and tangy corn during evening time can act as great snack. I usually pressure cook corn on the cob or steam it and I rarely bake it, since the first 2 methods are well known to all I thought to share the later one yes the baked version. Coming to the taste part I really don’t think there is much of difference but a little roasted flavor will be surely present in the corn which makes it flavorful. So lets get to the making!
