Spring onion paratha is so flavorful that it can be consumed without any side accompany also, but with any spicy side dish too it goes very well. I am a huge fan of this spring onion paratha since childhood and in those days this paratha comes in the stores in frozen pack and every alternate day I used pester my mom to make it and now i make it often at home as we have spring onion growing in our patio, making it much easier and frequent for me to prepare. This paratha involves no spiciness or masala but still taste delish for those who really like the flavors and taste of spring onion just like me. This paratha is made with maida which complements the spring onion color very well. So if you like to try out different variety of paratha do try this recipe. So lets get to the making!
