Bread upma is an extremely easy, yummy and quick to make breakfast made with basic ingredients that is always available in pantry. This crunchy and spicy bread upma is ideal for breakfast or even as quick snack as it takes very less time to prepare and will be adored by both kids and adults. The only change that I made to this upma is its appearance similar to idli upma by grinding bread pieces in blender. So if you are looking for any easy way to make use of bread or any quick breakfast without any side dish you could try making this recipe and give your regular bread upma a new look. For the below recipe i used red chilli as I ran out of chilli while chopping onion, so quickly grabbed red chilli from my patio garden, but you can use the regular green chilli. So lets get to the making!
