Sweet corn sundal is a easy, healthy and yummy recipe prepared with basic ingredients. I came to know about this sundal from my mom, since then I have been making it at home during navratri. This sundal can be served as evening snacks as well, if you are looking for a recipe unlike regular ones and this will take very less time to prepare. For the below recipe I used frozen corn, you can use fresh corn as well. So lets get to the making!

Ingredients
- Sweet corn – 1 cup
- Grated coconut – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Dried red chili – 1
- Green chili – 1
- Hing – a pinch
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves a spring

- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Peppercorn – ½ tsp

How to make sweet corn sundal with step by step images
- Pressure cook corn for 3 whistles or until done. If using frozen corn ,boil or steam them until done. Keep aside the cooked corn.
- In a pan dry roast coriander seeds and peppercorn until aromatic. Allow it to cool down and grind it into powder in a blender.
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds after it splutters add dried red chili, green chili, curry leaves, ground powder and grated coconut. Saute it for a minute.
- Now add cooked sweet corn and salt. Mix well and put off the flame. Serve it!
