This chips is instant, quick and different from the regular chips that we make at home, but it is super delicious and healthy as it has grated carrot in its making. - Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Grated carrot – ¼ cup
- Cilantro – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
- Chili powder – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt – as needed

How to make Whole wheat carrot chips with step by step images
- In a bowl add grated carrot, cilantro, cumin seeds, wheat flour, chili powder, garam masala powder and oil; mix all the ingredients and knead it into a soft dough by adding water.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Divide it into 2 equal balls. Flatten each ball with rolling pin into a circle just like chapati. Now run a knife and cut them into desired shapes.
- Drop them one by one in oil and fry them in medium flame until golden brown and crisp. When done transfer it into a plate with paper towel and serve it.
