- White Sesame seeds – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 3/4 cup
How to make sesame ladoo with step by step images
- Heat a pan and dry roast sesame seeds until aromatic and light golden color. Make sure not to burn it. Now transfer the roasted sesame seeds in a plate and allow it to cool down.
- Take a blender add roasted sesame seeds and jaggery. Grind it into powder.
- Transfer the sesame mixture in a bowl. Take small amount of the sesame jaggery mixture and make ladoo shapes and repeat the process. Now the sesame ladoo is ready to be served!
