Adai is a protein rich Indian crepe prepared for breakfast in South India. This nutritious and healthy crepe is made with rice and dal and tastes delicious when served with apt curry. It is a tummy filling crepe and can be prepared easily without any hassle. My monthly cooking list will always hold adai at least once and i usually serve it with puli kuzhambu after tasting it at friend’s place. So lets get to that!
