Rajma dosa is a very delicious and healthy dosa prepared by grinding soaked rajma, rice and urad dal into batter. Rajma dosa batter does not require fermentation and dosa can be made as soon you grind it. Rajma dosa is very easy to make and different from regular dosa and the batter yields both crispy and soft dosa. This recipe has always been a hit in my family and it tastes best with spicy capsicum chutney. So lets get to the making!

How to make rajma dosa with step by step images
- Wash and soak rajma overnight. Wash and soak rice and urad dal for 6 hours or overnight. ( I soaked it at night and prepared dosa in the morning). The batter will have raw rajma smell but dosa will taste very delicious.
- In a blender add soaked rajma, soaked rice and urad dal. Grind it into thick batter similar to regular dosa batter and transfer it to a bowl. (I added around ½ cup water while grinding batter).
- Heat a tava and pour ladleful batter on it and spread it like regular dosa. Drizzle oil around it. When one side is done flip it other side and cook till done. Transfer it to a plate and serve it hot with capsicum chutney!
