Yes this scrumptious open sandwich loaded with onion and carrot acting as key ingredients for the sandwich stuffing is one such easy and quick to make recipe that can be made at home. Though the sandwich can be made at home and taste has a tough of the original sandwich the actual product sold in the bakery is unbeatable. I usually prepare this sandwich when I have lot carrots at home/ when I have lot of bread slices lying around nearing the expiry date, but I think these are just reasons that i give to myself to make this sandwich again and again at home.
