- 1. Egg – 2 (boiled)
- 2. Garlic – 4
- 3. Curry leaves – few
- 4. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- 5. Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- 6. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- 7. Salt – to taste
- 8. Oil – 1 tsp
- * 1 cup = 235 ml
- Slice boiled eggs into halves and slice garlic thin and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and chopped garlic. Saute garlic until it turns light brown. When garlic looks sauteed add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Give it a quick stir and add the boiled and halved eggs. Toss the eggs in masala quickly and put off the flame. Serve it with any main dish of your choice!
